I started HGE International because I saw too many brilliant people in our industry running on empty. Chasing KPIs, managing endless expectations, but often missing clarity, confidence, or the space to lead well.

Over the years, I’ve sat across from General Managers, Commercial Leaders, and Hotel Owners who felt stuck. Not because they didn’t know what to do—but because they didn’t have a trusted sounding board, a strategy that truly fit, or the time to step back and think.
